Sunday February, 26, 2017 from 11:00 am – 4:00 pm. Chairs for Affairs and Eventfully Yours Event Designs, Concord’s premiere event design, rental and coordination companies, will be hosting the 1st annual Celebrations 2017! – A One Stop Event Planning Expo!

In honor of the 89th Academy Awards, attendees will receive red carpet VIP treatment, and enjoy the opportunity to meet our hand-selected preferred vendors. We will host some of the best venues, caterers, bakers, florists, beauty consultants, décor artists, photographers, and transport companies in the bay area!

Celebrations 2017! –hosted by DJ Magic Entertainment, Terry Newberry, the seven-time winner of the prestigious Wedding Wire, “Bride’s Choice” Award.

Whether you are planning a corporate event, celebration or party in 2017, or just attending one, you’ll find everything you need to make your event successful!

Guests will receive ballots upon arrival, to vote for the Best of in designated categories.  Votes will be tabulated and winning vendors will be presented with the esteemed Evie Award for distinction in Event Products or Services.

Guests will receive swag bags, keepsake photos and the opportunity to Enter-to-Win a Grand Prize Drawing worth $10,000.00 in products and services towards the event of their dreams!  

Formal attire not required.
