I rented from Chairs for Affairs this week and it was such a painless process. I had a fairly small order getting some extra chairs and tables for my Thanksgiving party. I arrived, signed in and they brought everything to my car and loaded it up all in less than 5 minutes. I ended up going back into the location because they had a couple of set ups that inspired me to end up renting linens, candle holders, tubs and more. I’ll definitely be going here first for my party needs in the future.

We are the Intel-Affiliated Contra Costa County Science and Engineering Fair, hosted at Los Medanos College in March, 2015. Chairs For Affairs was flexible and helpful at every turn. We ordered 200 chairs and 90 tables. Everything was delivered promptly with smiles on faces. As volunteers focused on sending our student winners onto international competition in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, CFA helped by reducing our rental costs. Thank You

This was my first time dealing with a party rental place and it was a great one! I was planning my Brother’s wedding and this place was the most inexpensive. Not only just the chairs but delivery out to Brentwood. Terry and Stephanie did a great job at updating the invoice every time I needed to add or change anything. They also were so kind to give us 2 days of rental and only charged us 1 day. The delivery guys showed up earlier than the time and were super nice! They set up everything and made sure to go over everything we rented was there. Set up and break down definitely saved us a lot of time. The linen got some many compliments and everything matched perfectly. The only place I will do rentals from for upcoming parties. Thanks guys!!
We are very glad we chose Chairs for Affairs! We got married on July 25th, 2015, in Walnut Creek. We rented about 120 chairs and 15 tables’ worth of linens. On the day of the wedding, everything arrived on time, as expected, and was picked up on time too. More importantly, the staff at Chairs for Affairs was really helpful before the wedding as we were trying to make decisions about which color linens and chairs to use. Stefanie, Courtney, Michelle, and Olivia were all extremely helpful and a pleasure to work with. They were always very professional and friendly and worked hard to get things right for us. Chairs for Affairs did a fabulous job with our son’s Bar Mitzvah. I was a first timer so I needed a little hand holding. I started with Terri who came and made an onsite consultation and let me bore her with the details of how the party was going to work! I gather she sold the company before our event and I was a little distressed that she hadn’t told me but the ladies in the office did a perfect job of calming my nerves and the handover appears to have been seamless. We had a Hollywood themed event and Chairs for Affairs had all the right kit to make it perfect (red carpet, stanchions etc.). Tables and chairs went on a tennis court so we had to ensure they all had rubber seals on the table and chair legs to not scratch the court etc… The set up/take down crew were marvelous, friendly, and terribly kind.
They are as good as it gets!! Planned a last minute surprise wedding reception in our backyard for our friends who eloped and Chair for Affairs made the last minute process a breeze! Ordering process, payment, delivery & set-up and pick-up was terrific! Lance, Stephanie & Terri were so pleasant, nice and easy to work with via email and phone. The delivery guys called when they were on their way and set up the chairs, tables and were patient when we moved a few tables around and they didn’t rush us when I wanted to double check if I had all the linens, silverware and flatware. The delivery guys called before they arrived, thankfully were able to come earlier and were friendly and quick! Such a great experience, staff and price! Will work with Chairs for Affairs again in the future! Many, many thanks…the bride & groom were blown away!
