Our products section is a great place to see many of the items we have to rent at Chairs for Affairs Party Rentals, and we hope you will take advantage of the many tools we have built into our website to begin your event rental planning process. From beginning to end we are dedicated to making the planning, set-up and tear-down of your event rentals as easy and stress-free as possible.
Phone Orders
If you have determined your needs and would like to reserve the items for your event, simply call our office 925-370-1300 during normal business hours and one of our friendly rental specialists will be happy to help you. Phones are staffed Monday thru Friday from 9 am – 5 pm. We close daily from 1:00 - 2:00pm for lunch. 

Show Room Visits
Coming into our East Bay showroom allows you the opportunity to review linen samples, tableware and other items, and to see how actual items will complement each other to make your event a unique and individual experience.

Venue On-Site Event Rentals Consultations
Most of the time, we can answer all your questions with just pictures and measurements you provide so we’ll ask for those first. If we are unable to sufficiently help you based on that information, we are happy to arrange a day and time for one of our professional team members to meet you at your venue to help you consider seating arrangements, tent configurations, etc. Fees start at $50 and increase based on location within the Bay Area.

Curbside Event Rentals Delivery from Chairs for Affairs

Party Rental Delivery and Pickup

Round trip delivery and pickup service is available for a flat rate. Delivery windows are typically 8am-5pm, however smaller delivery windows, timed service or after hours services are also available for an additional fee. We do offer Sunday delivery and pickup at an additional charge, however we have fewer vehicles in service on Sundays, so early booking is strongly advised.

Curbside Service: Upon delivery, items (including umbrellas and pop up canopies) will be stacked neatly within 30 feet of our trucks, tucked behind a side yard gate or garage. Setup and teardown service of tables and chairs, or simply walking items into your back yard, is available for an additional charge. Our crew will carry in, and set up, larger items such as frame tents, staging, bars, and dance floors.

Upon pickup, items must be returned to the delivery location. Dishes and glassware must be rinsed free of debris and liquid, and returned to the correct crate/rack. Chairs must be stacked on the provided carts. Charges will apply for items not broken down or brought to the drop off location.

Walk-In Service:
Event if you’ve opted to set up your own items, some clients prefer our team walk the rental items into the yard and then out again after the event. If you would like this service, please let us know when you book your order!

Rental Setup and Teardown Service:
Let us setup and teardown your tables and chairs for you! If you let us know you’re interested in this service, we’ll add it to your quote! Prices vary by item, quantity, and access.

Party Rental Will-Call Pickup

Most items are also available for will-call at our showroom located in Concord, CA between 9am and 3pm Monday to Friday. 

For the quickest service, please reserve your items a minimum of 7 business days in advance (we recommend booking earlier to ensure we have your items available). 

Please note – we are experiencing an unprecedented business volume this season and recommend booking as early as possible, as we are presently booking out several weeks in advance currently.

Will-call pickup and return is typically Friday and Monday. Please let us know if you need other accommodations. We do not currently have weekend will-call hours available.

Due to COVID-19, our will-call hours are currently reduced and hours may change based on the time of year or current circumstances.
